CAPETOWN, March 18. During the B\idj;et debate in the Legislative Assembly the Treasurer stated that it was estimated that owing to the buoyancy oi the Customs the jear would end with a probable surplus of f 110,000 instead of the deficit of £60,000 previously estimated.— (Reuter.)
