FALL IN FREIGHTS.
FROM SCANDINAVIAN PORTS. Cable advices received in Sydney yesterday state that rates of freight from Norway and other Scandinavian ports to Australia have been reduced as much as 33 per cent. Quotations for measure- • meut cargo are now given at about _2, 10/ per ton, and deadweight about _41 12/G per ton.
