JUDGMENT AGAINST CZAR

PROOF OF DEATH WANTED. (Received 9.15 a.m.) NEW YORK, March 16. Bernard Naumburg, a New York lawyer, has approached the Supreme Court with a view of ascertaining whether tbe Czar is dead. Naumburg holds a judgment against the Czar totalling over £20,000 for the delivery of sugar to Russia on the Czar's orders before the batter's downfall. The Czar bad £200,000 on deposit in the National City Bank of New York, but the bank will not pay the judgment till the Czar's death is proved. (Reuter.)
