GERMANY IN CHINA.
CONCESSIONS TO BE DROPPED, (Received i). 30 a.m.) PARIS, March 14. The Supreme Council has decided to compel Germany to relinquish her lease of Tsingtau and her other concessions in China. It is expected that the financial embargo refusing loans to Germany will shortly be lifted. — (A. and N.Z. Cable.)
