BRITAIN'S DECISION. PARIS, March 14. It is believed that Britain will sink her allotment of German ships, allowing France and Italy to keep theirs. Owing to the declared rivalry of the United States against British sea domination, it is believed the British action is intended to obviate the necessity for the United States proceeding with the present programme, aimed at placing an immense naval force at the disposal of the League of Nations. — (A. and N.Z.
