NAVAL OFFICERS.

President: Engineer Licut.-Commander Wm. Karnsbaw, R.N". Vice-presidents: Engineer Lieut. 11. Wilson, R.N., Engineer SubLieut. C. J. Di-ewitt. R.N.R., Lieut. C. Harrison Smith, R.N.V.R., Lieut. R. Watson, R.N.V.R., Hon. secretary and treasurer: Lieut. J. C. Hewson, K.N.V.R. Council: Lieuts. G. F. Botham'ley, C. V. Brown, W. J. Noland. W. R. Ingram', S. P. Simpson, A. J. Dean, T. M. Alexander. Various matters of interest were discussed. By-laws of the association were passed. The keen interest already shown foreshadows a strong association and points to the fact that it will largely help to further interest in naval affairs in the Dominion. The objects of the association are both technical and social. All New Zeaianders holding naval commissions are urged to send their names and addresses to the secretary Lieut. J. C.
