YON SANDERS AT MALTA.
WITH TWO THOUSAND TROOPS. MEN NOT ALLOWED TO LAND. (Received 10.20 a.m.) LONDON, March 13. The "Daily Telegraph's" correspondent states that the censor has released the news of Lyman you Sanders' dramatic arrival on the 4th February with 2000 troops aboard the German vessel Ktha Rickmars. flying the British ensign. Tho Maltese authorities did not allow yon Sanders' troops to land, and after a month's etay the vessel went to Italy. Although yon Sander*;" troops were not allowed to land, the prohibition did not extend to the general him—dl, for he has been arrested, and will be called to account for the massacres in Armenia which were committed, it is alleged, with his authority and under his instructions.
