CONDEMNATION OF METHODS. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) - I WANGANUI, this.da.r. • At the Wanganui Patriotic Association meeting yesterday strong condemnation was expressed concerning transports, . and the following motion was passed: "That the notice of the Government be drawn to the facte (1) that a great many privates applying for their discharges at Home in 'order' r tb avoid the extreme discomforts of the voyage ouit T in' troopships', on an unnecessarily Tfcstricted diet, notwithstanding that much accommodation k vacant in the pus' eenger quarters reserved for officers; ; {2Jthat no church services have been he! 3 on some transports, and that tlie Government be requested to alter eucli conditions." / • ,
