BELGIUM'S FRONTIERS.
PARIS, March 12. The newspapers strongly favour the revision of the treaty of 1839 in favour of Belgium, on the ground that Holland had violated it by failing to oppose the passage of German troops through Dutch territory.— (A. and N.Z. Cable.)
