CLEMENCEAU THREATENED.
PABIS, March 12. A man named Yernet, who is declared to be mentally deficient, was arrested for accosting and threatening M. Clemenceau outside the Quai d'Orsay. Yernet was unarmed, but he confided to several people that his intention was to assassinate M. Clemenceau. (A. and NaZ. Cable.)
