DUTCH BOLSHEVIKS.

PLAN TO SEIZE CONTROL. CHECKED BY PROMPT ACTION. XEW YORK, March 12. The London correspondent of the New York "Tribune" states that under the leadership of David Wynkoop, head of the Dutch Communist party, the Bolsheviks planned to seize Holland. Large masses of the Dutch industrial population were thoroughly organised and armed for an uprising. The plot developed during the early days of the German revolution. The failure of the plot was due to the prompt action of the Dutch Government, the lack of success of the Spartacist revoli iv Germany, and the timely arrival of additional American food supplies. — (A. and N.Z. Cable.)
