IRISH OFFICERS' CLAIM
SELF-DETERMINATION FOR IRELAND. LONDON, March 12. Over 130 Irish officers, who have served in the war. including two generals, have sent a memorial to the King in favour of submitting the claim for Irish selfgovernment to the Peace Conference.— (A. and N.Z.
