RE-VICTUALLING AUSTRIA.
TO CHECK GERMANISATION. NEW YORK, March 12. A Paris message states that the Supreme War Council has practically put Mr. H. C. Hoover in control of the Austrian railroads. Mr. Hoover has set American Army engineers to work directing the traffic. Advice from Vienna states that intelligent Viennese say that unless the Allies interfere Austria ivill drift under the "domination of Germany. The condition of Austria is terrible.
