The "New York Times" Washington correspondent says tiiat upon the heels of a statement from White House that President Wilson did not say at the White House dinner that the Irish question must be settled exclusively by Britain and Ireland, comes the announcement tat the President will receive an. Irish deputation immediately before sail-, ing for France. The deputation will present Ireland's demands for self-deter-mination.—(A. and N.Z. Cable.)
