' A meeting was addressed al considor- ! able length at Thames last night on the necessity for reform in the national i education system by Mr. E. U. Just, I representing the New Zealand Educational Institute. The speaker outlined the system of management by a Board of experts and iidministrative control by local 'bodies. A resolution was carried urging upon the Government the necessity for reform, and calling for legislation to that end.
