To this end it was agreed that tlie A.R.I . Committee, who defended the action, and insisted upon a full inquiry, should investigate the dispute. Accordingly, all tlie evidence on both sides woe adduced on Friday last hefore the coni: raittee, which as a result of those proceedings has decided that Mr. llavr is entitled to receive his dividend.
