WASHINGTON", August 28. Tlie Senate has tentatively accepted an amendment of the Man-power Bill, providing that all men of military age must work or fight, but stipulating that the provision shall not apply to oases of strikes where the strikers submit their grievances to the War Labour Board. — "(A. and X.Z.
