CENTRAL POWERS' DECISION.
CONQUER OR PERISH. (Received 2.50 p.m.) ROME, August 27.. It is reported from Vienna that the Central Powers, at the recent conference at .German Headquarters, agreed peace overtures were useless unless accompanied by an admission of defeat. The Kaiser and the Emperor Karl decided not to concede anything, but to conquer or perish together.—(Renter.)
