TO SPANISH DEMANDS. REPLACING LOST TONNAGE. (Received 11.25 a.m.) MADRID, August 27. Ormany has accepted the Spanish demands. She states that she is willing to provide German tonnage in Spanish porta to replace submarined tonnage (A. and X.Z. Cable.)
