JAPANESE AT HARBIN.
CHINESE JOIN IN. * .(Received 10.25 a.m.) SAN FRANCISCO, August 2G. According to dispatches from Tokyo to the local Japanese paper, a portion of the Japanese expedition to Siberia sent through Manchuria has reached Harbin. Chinese detachments joined the Japanese Harbin forces proceeding to Manchuria, in the vicinity of which General Semenoff's army is hard pressed by the Red Guards.— {A. and N.Z. Cable.)
