GERMAN RETREAT TO RHINE POSSIBLE.
BATTLE BECOMES ONE OF GERMANY'S EXISTENCE. (Received 9.15 a.m.) LONDON, August 20. The German Press is admitting the possibility of retiring to the Rhino, and it also admits that the battle is now one on which depends the existence of Germany.
