PRISONERS SENTENCED.

(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, Monday. At the Supreme Court to-day, Arthur Kichard Cole was sentenced to twelve , months imprisonment for misappropriation of Red Cross funds: wJiilc Robert Wiekson Warden, aged 24 rears, was sent to gaol for 12 months on a charge of being an incorrigible rogue, and was sentenced to live years' imprisonment for breaking, entering, and theft after escap-' ing from gaol, and in addition was declared to be an habitual criminal. George Evans Lloyd, otherwise George Evans, was sentenced to five years' imprisonment for forgery, and 12 months each on charges of theft, robbery, and retaining a postal packet at Wellington., the sentences to be concurrent. j
