JAPAN'S HELP IN MONEY.
NEW YORK, August 5. The Japanese Financial Commission has issued a statement regarding Japan's intention to continue her financial policy in support of the Allied financial programme for financing the war. The statement declares that to date Japan lias advanced Russia, Britain, and France £118,600,000, of which Britain has received £74,229,800, Russia £27,409,600. and France about £15,600,000. — (A. and N.Z.
