[Another feature will be exhibitions in marquees of a number of handicrafts and hobbies in which the boys arc Instructed. The Scout movement is at present being carried on under great handicaps, trie chief of which has been tile departure of great numbers of scoutmasters on active service, and the executive is now asking fur a greater measure of public support and interest to enable tbo work (o l>. continued and extended.
