A newspaper report states that the Agrarians and Moderate Socialists in Bulgaria are demanding the abolition of ' the treaty with Greece, with a view to Bulgaria incorporating Drama. Seres, and Kavala. It is also stated that the ' Bulgarian Premier intends to offer Turkey a free hand in the Caucasus in return for consent to Bulgaria incorporating the Dobrudja.— (A. and N.Z.)
