When I Ekaterinburg was threatened recently by the advancing Czecho-Slovaks, who were seeking to liberate the Czar, the President of the Ural Regional Council decided to shoot the Czar. A Ttuwian official ivireless mefisajre states: The Central Executive Committee hiw made public a message from the I- ral Regional Coiinril concerning the shooting of the ex-C/.ar, which 6aye that Ekaterinburg was 'being 6eriously threatened by the approach of the Czecho-Slovaks, and simultaneously a counter-revolutionary conspiracy to wrest the ox-Czar from the council's authority was discovered. The Ural Regional Council therefore decided Jfo ehoot the ex-Czar Nicholas, which decision wae enforced ou July 10.— (A. and N-Z. and Router.) CZARINA AND HER SON SENT TO PLACE OF SECURITY. (Received 11.45 a.m.) LOXDOX, July 21. A wireless Russian official message sriys that the ex-Czarina and her son have now been sent to a place of security. The Central Executive Committee is in possession of important documents concerning the ex-Czar's afTairs. including his and the ex-Czarina's diaries.
