TROTTBT-E NOT SETTLED. (Received 9.10 a.m.) LONDON , , July 21. A closed conference was held at Coventry between representatives of the Government and mnnition workers. The delegates of the workers declared that they would not advise the withdrawal of the notices to 6trikp until the Governments embargo on skilled lnhour wns removed. The Government officials left without arranging a further conference. (Reuter.)
