TWO DRAFTS MAY BE DROPPED. (By Telegraph.—Tress Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. Tile Defence Minister says men who have been called will go into camp on the dates fixed. Both the August and September drafts are small, and all the men arc needed. lie expected to certainly be in a position to drop the December draft, and. though he is not desirous of making promises, he mdi I cated that possibly the January draft also would not be required. If the December draft is dropped, it will mean ! -that probably not more than about six I •hundred additional Second Division men J will receive orders to mobilise this year.
