IN NORWEGIAN WATERS. COPENHAGEN, July 12. German submarines off Eisor, inside of territorial watere, stopped the Norwegian steamer Hank, and placed a prize crew aboard, but a Norwegian torpedo boat came up and replaced the German crew aboard the submarine, and towed the steamer to harbour.- - (A. and N.Z.),
