XOETIILAND APPF.ALS. (By Telegraph—Own Correspondent.) WIIANGAREI, Friday. The First Military Service Board, sitting at Whangarei, dealt with further appeals as follows:— Herbert Thomas IToddinort, fitter, Whangarei, a conscientious objector on religious grounds, and averse to bear arms, appeal dismissed, recommended for noncombatant, r Harold H. King, farm manager. Hiknrangi, personal appeal, granted exemption till October 24. The decision on the employer's appeal will be given in Auckland. William Wilson, farmer. WhangareL for whom his father, Henry Wilson, appealed, had his appeal reviewed. The Boari adhered to its previous decision, and the case will remain adjourned sine die. Victor James Taylor, farmer, of Kamr (adjourned for report on 26tb March), now granted extension till Sth October. Tht appeal otherwise was dismissed. Georjre Sydney Sankey. launchoownerr r Parua Bay, further application for extension of leave. Recommended to be granted till the September draft. Robert Russell Girvcn. freezing works employee. Ileotahi. appeal allowed, appenlant not being of age when called up. John Fmser Girven, no appearance, appeal dismissed. Fred Raisbeck. coal miner, TTiknrangi, re-examined July 4, now classed C 2, adjourned sine die. Robert Stanley McKenzie. adjourned till Chas. Richard Wedge, trucker. Kiripaka. appeal on account of being employed in an essential iudnstry. This was not upheld, and he reverted to the hardship clause, the case being adjourned for further inquiry. Albert Mear. Whangnrei. claimed to be under age. Adjourued for further inquiry. karamca Application for extension of leave to do necessary work. The Board decided .to recommend that leave be granted till 10th September. • John Walsh. Hikurangi. appeal adjourned till next sitting of the x.oard at Whangarei. Driver Oeorge L. Stewart, now an inmate of the Whangarei Hospital as the result of a gunshot accident, asked for extension of leave. The Board granted one month, when the case will again be considered in Auckland, after appellant's discharge from hospitaL
