The general managed of the National B:uik of N.Z., Ltd., lias rcce'rved a cable from the London Hoard, advising him that the annual meeting of the Bank will be held in London on the :Mth .July, when it is proposed to declare a dividend of six per cent for the half year, and a bonus to shareholders of one per cent on the paid-up capital, <H|Uullin<r 13 per cent for the year ended the :Msl .March last. Ten thousand pounds have been allocated to reduction of bank premises account, and £15,000 will be add.-d to the reserve, which will then stand at £7:tnOOn.
