CORONER'S INQUESTS.

.\n inquest regarding the death of i Eliza Parfctt, who died at her residence, : Victoria Avenue, Mount Eden, yesterday, was -held before Mr. E. C. Cntten, ,<? M this morning. Evidence was given, by Richard H. Phillips, a nephew of deceased, to the effect that she was a •widow,' 6S years of age, and had been attended io'iv Dr. Frasor, of Wafhi, for lieart trouble. The latter was now at the front. She went to tied in her usual health on Thursday, and the next morning was found dead. Dr. Moir paid that he. was satisfied -from the examination, that death was due to iheart failure, and a verdict was returned accordingly. An inquest -was also 'held this morning on the body of Grace Wright, aged 70 years, whose death occurred at PonSonby yesterday. James Wright, a son of deceased, said that she was a widow, and had been receiving medical attention for rheumatism. Miss Isabella Forsyth said list she resided in the same house as deceased.
