JAPANESE LOAN TO CHINA.
NEW YORK, June 2. The Peking correspondent of the "New York Times" states that the Chinese Government is negotiating for a Urge loan from Japan, with tobacco privileges as security. It is considered that this will infringe the rights of other nations. (A. and N.Z. Cable)
