SALE OF VALUABLE PAINTINGS
In Hardie'e, Buildings, Quoen Street, will be sold by auction to-morrow, at 2 p.m., paintings and drawings by renowned knights of the brush. Although in many instances the, works are small or cabinet paintings, they arc excellent examples of the different, schools. The collection includen th P work by Sir James D. Lir.ton, exhibited in the Royal Academy, 1916. As every picture is guaranteed, the sale will afford art lovers an excellent opportunity of scouring gems or art.
