BULGARIA'S TROUBLES.
ATHENS, May 28. A ISulgarian deserter states that there have boon many deaths from starvation in Bulgaria. The Government has barbarously suppressed numerous outbreaks. The Bulgarians desire peace. Their forces are now so weak in Macedonia that boys of the 1018 class are being sent to the front lino not properly trained. The army is ill-fed, and there are constant desertions.— (Reuter.)
