NEW* YORK, May 19. The Tokyo correspondent of the United Press states that the Foreign Minister (Baron Goto) states that the negotiations proceeding between China and Japan are designed merely to establish military co-operation for protection against German aggression in Eastern LONDON, May 19. The Allied Powers have agreed to co-operate with Japan and China to suppress German activity in the Far East. — (A. and N.Z. Cable.)
