HAMBURG OPTIMISM.
AMSTERDAM, May 19. The "Hamburg Senate has forwarded to the "Bundesrat" Hamburg's special war aims. They include an adequate indemnity, preferably in raw material: an adequate colonal empire; payment of all foreign debts due to the Germans; redress of the grievances of Germans abroad; the prohibition of boycotts ami other hostile measurs aimed at German goods and shipping; the re-establishment of the German mercantile marine on all oceans, with equal rights with other nations.— (A. and X.Z.
