COLOGNE AIR RAID.
I Received 10 45 a.m.) LONDON, April 7. The "Daily Express" Geneva correspondent says that the British air raid on Cologne caused 24K deaths, half being soldiers aboard a troop train. The raid caused a panic lasting twelve hours.— (A. and N.Z. Cable.)
