A "Dramatic developments are hourly expected in France. I The German attacks are slackening, and the Allies are preparing their ■Scerunter blow. Other reports state that fighting on the British front has died down, and r£hat new British positions Imve been established east of Eoye and Albert. : Heavy fighting is reported along the French front, and the French have Slew- evacuated Noyon, on the River Oise, in the nose of the main salient.
