MILITARY REVOLUTIONARY COMMITTEE FORMED IN PETROGRAD.
PETROGRAD, March 13. In consequence of the departure of the 'Commissaries of the People to Moscow, a Military Revolutionary Committee has been formed here with M. Trotzky as president. Anathema against the Bolsheviks was read in all the drarcles.— (Reuter.) '
