A GERMAN PARDON.
LONDON, March 13. Germany states that Captain Scholtze and Sub-Lieutenant Wookey, the two British airmen sentenced for distributing leaflets, have been pardoned. Britain has replied that she is not satisfied with their treatment, because she has not admitted that any offence has been committed. A further explanation is awaited. (JReuter.)
