(Received 11.45 a.m.) ROME, February 24. Anetrians and Germans continue to plunder, destroy, and rape like savages throughout the occupied Italian district. Many women and girls have committed suicide as a result of the soldiers' brutality. The inhabitants are left starving, the Germans fearing that they will revolt if taken to prieon camps.—(United Service.)
