Reid. These Stores, managed so efficiently by D. Reld rendered invaluable assistance at a critical time in keeping down the cost of Meat In Auckland, and formed a basis for Meat Charges throughout the Dominion. In view of the latest agreement with the butchers, the stores are no longer required for the purpose for which tbey were taken, and are banded back to their former owner, as from January 20, 1918. The Board of Trade feel confident that in adopting this course, the best interests of the general public are being conserved, and that under Mr. D.
