contract WITH ALLIES. BUENOS AIRES, February 22. Details of the convention concluded between the Argentine and the Allied Governments show that the latter will purchase surplus wheat and other cereals lto the extent of 2,500,000 tons, to be exported by November 1 next. The Argentine will open a credit of £20,0«0_000 I each with the British and French Governments for the purpose. — (United I Service.)
