CHARGED WITH TREASON.
HUMBERT'S DEALINGS WITH BOLO. (Received 10.45 a.m.) PARIS, February 20. The charge against Senator Humbert has been altered from trading with the enemy to maintaining intelligence with the enemy, a graver charge, equivalent to treason, and punishable by death.
