Bedford, Ptt>f«sfcor Of Economics and History at Otago University College. Dr. Bedford has made a special study of the war and its effects upon the shortage of material and-upon the high cost of living, and he is qualified to speak with authority upon this important topic. Hie previous addressee in tike Town Hall were considered \ scholarly pronouncements, and the lefcture now announced should be exceptionally entertaining end instructive^
