'A Berlin report of the final scene at Brest Litovsk says that Dr. yon Ftr-TiTil-marm stated that peace had not been concluded with Russia, and that €qthe armistice was ended. "The war must therefore be recommenced," be fcjjdeclared. I Vienna advices state that the Central Powers will provide the Ukraine with ptnilitary assistance for the defence of ber grain stocks and railway junctions E»,'against the Bolsheviks.
