Tic annual meeting of- shareholders in the New Zealand Portland Cement Co. was held yesterday afternoon, Mr Charles Khodes presiding. Tbereport and balancesheet, already published, were duly adopted. The retiring board of directors was roetected as follows:—Messrs Charles Khodes, T. Siuison, J. B. Macfarlane, If. Duthie, and O. S. AVatlUns. Mr Rhodes was reelected chairman. '. ■ I
