The Government steamer Hinemoa is expected to arrive this evening from the East Coast lighthouses.
The Monoivai arrived from Southern ports this morning, and berthed at the Qneen-s •wharf. She is expected to sail again to-morTOw.
The Ric hardston steamer Mako. which arrived from the East Coast hays on Saturday, is to sail again for the hays at G p_o_. to-morrow.
The heavy rain which fell to-day c o n-E-aeraily hampered the work of loading and discharging vessels at present ln port, and it is anticipated that the Monowai .will be delayed as a result.
A report has reached Queenstown from Martin's Bay (says the "Wakatipu Mail") that a quantity of wreckage is t>eln<-w-ashed ashore at Big Bay and -Uartin'Bay. No fewer than seventeen hatches off a vessel have been seen on the beaches also spars, deck planking, etc., all of which are considerably broken.
