GERMAN CONSUL INTERNED.
(By Telegraph—Press. Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, this day. Karl Joosten, former German Consul at Christchurch, has been arrested by the police authorities and handed over to the military police. He will be interned, probably on Somes Island.
